Payment & Insurance
We are participating provider with Medicare part B
Medicare:
Claims are submitted directly to Medicare.
Patients are responsible for any deductible and coinsurance as determined by Medicare.
Commercial Insurance:
We do not contract with commercial insurance plans.
Patients seeking out- of network reimbursement may request a superbill.
Payment policy:
Payment due at the time of service for non-Medicare patients. A card is securely kept on file for convenience. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
